I have a Pug whose constantly having flies biting his ears to the point they bleed, I tried everything from Vasaline to OFF the Aeroguard products etc and they only were bandaid solutions before the flies were at him again.. One day I went out and it had got so bad that flies began to lay maggots on him I thought enough! I can't have him inside because he isn't house trained thanks to his previous owner, my ex.. so at a last resort I gave this Troy Repel-X a go, I've only had it about a week but I have to leave a review because My God it WORKS!! Not a single sign of blood from any bite, the smell is pretty strong which does cause him to sneeze a lot, but I think I'd rather have him sneeze than be eaten alive. I honestly can't thank this company enough Im sorry if my review is long clearly Im not used to leaving reviews but I wish I'd come across this sooner.. BTW I did try one that had a purple dye in it which made him look like a hot mess I didn't feel that work nearly as good as this one.. I think the purple liquid one is by the same company so forget that one.. this is clear and doesn't leave a nasty colour stained coat.
